The message while doing transfer of funds is due to some exception in the account which you are debiting, please take up with branch for rectification of the error relating to account.
This comes when your transaction password has not been changed for more than 90 days.
Please login into Internet Banking services, use the change password option and change the transaction password.
Normally, Bill Payment is an inbuilt feature in Internet Banking. However in some cases, this comes when any particular IBS User Id is not enabled for bill payments. Please send mail to ibsretail[at]pnb[dot]co[dot]in for activating this facility in your user Id. Thereafter you can pay bills through IBS without any issue.
This error comes when your transaction could not be processed due to some technical reasons. Please try to do RTGS after some time. Contact your Branch if problem persists after that also.
